Parc Lafontaine - Montréal
The Guerrilla Choir will strike again – Saturday June 5 in Lafontaine Park (the SW corner nearest to the Sherbrooke metro) at high noon. We’ll sit in the grass and rehearse the Coldplay song – “Don’t Panic”
When we feel good about it, we’ll stroll through the park looking of groups of people who would like to sing it with us. We’ll have little word sheets for them and us. We’ll have lots of laughs with it,at the same time declaring among the green grass and trees that… “We Live in a Beautiful World!”
There’s a high probability (UPDATE: CBC WILL be there) that someone from CBC radio will follow us around with a microphone so we need as many voices as we can get.
At the end, I’m suggesting a Poutine Party, for those who want, at LaBanquise (corner of Rachel and Parc Lafontaine – they specialize in poutine, in case you’ve never been there.) This seems less complicated than the original picnic idea. (Carrying picnic stuff around while we sing, doesn’t sound fun.)

Directions by Metro: When exiting the Sherbrooke metro, follow the signs to Bus 24 EST, then walk out the door, take a right then another right. This will put you on Cherrier. Keep walking until you come to the park. Cross Cherrier and rue Parc Lafontaine then you should see us between the street and the lake. Look for some guitars…
Scheming to declare beauty with others,
